Coming to iPhone
Change a habit.
Give to charity while you do it.
Put money on a habit. Finish and it comes back. Don’t, and it goes to your charity.
Coming to iPhone
Put money on a habit. Finish and it comes back. Don’t, and it goes to your charity.
Stake $10 or more for 28 to 365 days, pick the charity it would go to, and sign your promise. Up to $25 on your first challenge.
A time-stamped photo from Kept’s camera, or a short quiz for reading and languages. Friends who back you approve it, or Kept’s AI checks it near midnight if you allow it.
Miss a day and a shield breaks; the challenge goes on a day longer. A third miss ends it. Missed a day you shouldn’t have? A person reads every appeal.
Finish, and your stake comes back to you. Friends who backed you pledged to your charity, and their pledges go to it.
Pretend money in the beta. $10 or more; up to $25 on your first challenge.
$35 comes back to you, and your friends’ pledges go to your charity.
$35 goes to your charity, and your friends’ pledges go back to them, unless they chose to give anyway.
Kept’s fee is the same whether you finish or not, and it’s shown to the cent before you sign. Changed your mind? Cancel by the end of Day 1 and your stake and every pledge come back; the fee doesn’t.
Not ready to put money on it? Track any habit for free, with no money, photos or friends.
Not yet. Kept’s beta runs on pretend money while every rule is reviewed. Real stakes come after that review, by card first, with USDC on Solana planned.
Friends who backed your challenge approve your check-ins. If none has by the evening, Kept’s AI checks it, but only if you said yes. Kept’s AI can approve a day; when one isn’t approved, you can appeal to a person.
Your friends. You can also make a challenge public, so people who don’t know you can back it; they see its progress, never your name or profile. Your email, date of birth and state are never shown to anyone.
A short list of US charities that Kept vets. You pick one for each challenge.
